1. Order Evasion Times
Orders are processed within two business days of receiving. Once you have completed the purchase and received the order confirmation email, the orders will be processed. The delivery times of the goods may vary depending on the product chosen, however never before 2 (two) working days. Evasion may be delayed during holidays. Orders will be processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. 2. Delivery Mode
Product deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer indicated in the purchase procedure through the carrier throughout the Italian territory with the exception of Campione D'Italia and Livigno. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the carriage from the supplier to the delivery to the address indicated. Frantoio Palmadori assumes no responsibility for any damage or irregular behavior by the carrier.
It is possible to choose the most convenient place for your shipping address: your residence, office or address of another person. The delivery of the goods requires the presence of the Customer or a person in charge of the address of the recipient indicated in the order.
No liability can be attributed to Frantoio Palmadori in the event of a delay in ordering or delivering what is ordered.
At the time of delivery the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact or damaged, or wet, or altered, even in the closing materials;
- the number of packages corresponds to what is stated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or to the packaging or failure to comply with the directions must be immediately challenged to the courier by issuing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier delivery test. In the case of non-withdrawal within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated non-delivery to the delivery indicated by the customer on order, the order will be canceled.
If any product presented on the portal is no longer available or sold on completion of the purchase transaction, Frantoio Palmadori will report the incident within 15 (fifteen) days from the day following the transmission date. 3. Payment Methods
For each order Frantoio Palmadori issues a sales document of the shipped material. For bill issuance, the information provided by the customer on order is credited. The Customer may request a copy of the invoice or tax receipt within three months of the issue.
The delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are indicated when making the order, except as clearly stated in the sales offer.

Seller will replace the product within 30 days after delivery.

B. Right of withdrawal
Frantoio Palmadori reserves the right not to accept goods of the same order, rendered and shipped at different times. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, including liability for loss of or damage to the goods.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

Without limitation of the right of withdrawal, the consumer, who has reason to believe that the product has been damaged during transport, must refuse the delivery or accept it with a express reservation when delivering the product.

Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal
