Extra-virgin olive oil of the superior category obtained directly from the olives and only by mechanical processes. & Nbsp;
Produced in our mill, with variet & agrave olives; moraiolo, crusher and lecithin and in small quantities; rays, pendulums and skies coming exclusively from the territories of neighboring municipalities of Acquasparta, Sangemini, Montecastrilli, Avigliano Umbro and Cesi. Olives come from olive groves for the most part; centuries old, located mainly on stony, hard, often terraced, and so many times; Harvesting should be done almost always manually, but produce a very light, digestible oil and excellent organoleptic characteristics. We have more & ugrave; lines with high potentials & agrave; to work to make the olives are processed just harvested and in any case not later than 24 hours. The milling is also carried out with stone mills. Extraction takes place completely cold, thus obtaining cos & igrave; an extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity, rich in polyphenols, with intense, fruity flavor, with light spicy tones, suitable for all types of cuisine.
